At Accessories Hub, we stand behind the quality of our tech essentials. To ensure we can continue offering premium products at the best prices, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All sales at Accessories Hub are final. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, and we do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method once a purchase is completed.
2. Exchange-Only Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen during transit. We offer an exchange-only service under the following two conditions:

Damaged/Broken Item: If your product (e.g., MagSafe power bank, earpods) arrives physically damaged or non-functional.

Wrong Product Received: If we accidentally sent you the incorrect item or color compared to your order confirmation.
3. Exchange Process
To be eligible for an exchange, you must follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email Support@AccessoriesHub.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or the incorrect item received.

Condition: The item must be in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earpods and other audio accessories must not have been used.
4. Shipping for Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty or incorrect product, we will ship out the replacement item at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Exchangeable Situations
We cannot offer exchanges if:

The request is made after the 48-hour notification window.

The product shows signs of use or intentional damage.

The item was purchased through a third-party reseller.
