Return & Refund Policy

At Accessories Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality tech accessories at competitive prices. To maintain our pricing and quality standards, we have the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through Accessories Hub are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and we do not provide refunds to the original payment method after an order has been completed.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Item: Your product arrives physically damaged or is not functioning properly.
Incorrect Item Received: You receive a different product or color than the one confirmed in your order.

3. Exchange Eligibility

To request an exchange, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at Support@AccessoriesHub.com.
Include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the damage or the incorrect item.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earpods and other audio accessories must be unused and in their original condition.

4. Exchange Process & Charges

Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

A ₹500 return and exchange handling fee applies to all approved exchange requests. This fee covers return shipping, inspection, processing, and delivery of the replacement item.
After we receive and inspect the returned product and the applicable fee has been paid, we will dispatch your replacement item.
